Fijian History app for iPhone and iPad

Designed for students, educators, travelers, and anyone with a passion for history, this app offers a guided tour through the buildings, landmarks, and villages of Fiji complete with audio guides, historical photographs, and Geo-location features.

Designed by staff and students of the University of the South Pacific for simple and easy-to-use functionality. Search for historical collections near you to learn about Fiji’s rich history. Viewed collections are also available offline.

The mobile app is designed as an open-licensed app to provide historical information about Fiji at no cost 
to members of the public.

The Fijian History App has the following features:
• Map displays a selection of historic sites and buildings in the Fiji Islands.
• You will be able to search for particular sites/buildings to read historical information about that location, view photographs, and listen to audio recordings.
• The App will enable you to navigate to a particular site/building from your current location via Apple Maps, Google Maps and Waze.
• The App works offline after the first download, however, the latest content is only accessible when online.
